Description
Bayer Advocate Feline Flea, Worm and Parasite Treatment is applied to the animal by parting the fur on the neck, at the base of the skull, and squeezing the contents of the pipette onto the skin.
Treatment with Advocate kills fleas and prevents flea infestation for 4 weeks. Advocate also treats ear mites, gastrointestinal roundworms, hookworms, and prevents heartworm. Advocate is usually given monthly and can help in the treatment of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).
Cats weighing less than 1kg and ferrets weighing less than 0.8kg should only be treated after special consideration by the veterinarian.
Bayer Advocate Feline Flea, Worm and Parasite Treatment should not be used in kittens under 9 weeks of age.
