We offer a flat rate of RM20.00 for the next day delivery option for locations within the Greater KL vicinity. Please refer to our next day delivery coverage information page.
There is another option to use EasyParcel and their partners for deliveries throughout Malaysia including Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak.
Our team provides next day delivery option for those living within the Greater KL vicinity.
Through our courier agent, EasyParcel, we provide courier services throughout Malaysia. You should receive your parcel within 10 days.
We aim to provide efficient service with short waiting periods, within 3 working days, for all our customers.
You may check status of your order at any time by logging in to your account (My Account Section) and clicking on the order history link. This page will allow you to view the status of any current or previous orders you have placed with us online.
For more detailed information about your current undelivered order, you will receive an SMS link on your phone, updated and managed by EasyPacel.
For next day delivery option, we will call you before delivery. Please be informed that we will deliver the parcel according to our schedule , as a priority, although we will try to meet your specific time expectation, if available.
Please make sure the phone number used is reachable. Failure to provide a reachable number will result in delays, outwith the promised timeline at your own detriment.

At the moment we offer next day delivery within Greater KL vicinity and nationwide (Malaysia including Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak) delivery using our courier agent EasyParcel.

Please refrain from ordering large orders that cannot be packaged together unless you have picked the next day delivery option and located within the acceptable postcodes.
All orders using EasyParcel’s courier partners are packed in 1 (one) package only. We will not be able to split orders and resend them as this will be a violation of our agreement with EasyParcel. There will be a RM5 charge for any over-orders and we will have to issue a refund for orders that we are not able to send. We advise and appeal for sensibility and discretion on the part of buyers.

Returns and Changes
Applications to return items purchased online must be made within 3 days of receiving the items, subject to our internal approval. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. The items need to be unopened and in good general condition.
Our internal approval process will take 3 working days to make a decision once we have gathered the necessary evidence from your side.
Refunds will be given within 7 working days after the return of items in question, subject to the completion of our internal due diligence and receipt of items in good and untampered condition.
We will not allow returns and/or refunds of items that have been correctly sent. The onus is upon the buyer to choose the right items before payment. A coupon may be given out as goodwill but not as admission or acceptance of any wrongdoing.
If a return has been approved, the buyer must return the item within 7 working days of approval, Day 1 being the date of approval. On Day 8, the dispute will be automatically cancelled and invalidated.
Buyers are only allowed to make 1 (one) dispute per order ID. The Dispute Form can only be submitted once. Please make sure the necessary evidence and reasoning has been supplied to our team in that one Dispute Form.
Disputes related to courier damage wil be settled with our courier agent partners and the refund may take up to 14 working days, subject to our internal decision and the report from our courier agent. Please note that we cannot accept liability directly for the actions of our courier partners and as such choose your courier option wisely and at your own risk, although we will try to aid you as much as possible.
